Butter Beef

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds cubed beef stew meat
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 (1 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix

 

 

Directions

  1. Place the beef and butter into a slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle the onion soup mix over.
  3. Cover, and cook on Low for 8 hours, or High for 4 to 5 hours.
  4. Stir once or twice.
